This year marks the 42nd anniversary of the Iowa Governor’s Charity Steer Show. This family friendly event is held each year at the Iowa State Fair and raises funds for all three Iowa RMH chapters. Iowa youth compete with their steers for best in show; local celebrities help “lead” the steer through the ring, and thousands of fairgoers cheer for their favorites.
