Shannon is from St. Joe, Iowa. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s degree from Central College, and Masters degree from the University of Iowa. Her prior experience includes Vice President with Prelude Behavioral Services and Community Program Manager for Iowa City’s Blue Zones Project.

Jennifer is originally from Ruthven, Iowa and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa. She has more than 28 years of experience in non-profit fundraising and marketing strategies gained through her work with organizations throughout the region.

A Midwest native, Constance has spent the past decade in San Diego, CA working with children, youth, and families. She graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL with degrees in Religion and Gender Studies.

Karen is originally from Dubuque, Iowa, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Minor in Human Relations from The University of Iowa. She has 23 years of experience in child and family welfare.

Ashley is originally from Clear Lake, Iowa and holds a Bachelors of Liberal Studies in Family, Community, and Social Support. In the spring of 2024, she will graduate with her Master’s degree in Social Work.  Ashley is a trained crisis counselor with experience working with children and individuals with disabilities.

Sloane is originally from Iowa City. Sloane holds a bachelor’s degree in human services from the University of Iowa. With over three years of experience in volunteer management and a year of service with AmeriCorps VISTA, she is dedicated to community support.

Kate is originally from Minnesota. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Psychology with a minor in Communication Studies from Coe College.

Nikki is originally from Clinton, Iowa, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Iowa.

Lynn is originally from Iowa City, IA. She has over 14 years of experience as an office administrative assistant and a background in customer service.

Monika is originally from California and has lived in Iowa City with her family since 1998. She graduated from Mt. St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She has worked with children and families for most of her career in both nursing and elementary education.

Originally from Dubuque, Iowa, Robert graduated from Kirkwood College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science. He has over 35 years of cooking and managing food venues across the country.

Jay grew up in a small town in Southeast Iowa and has one daughter and one granddaughter. He has been with RMHC-EIWI for a little over eight years helping with repairs and maintenance. Jay says “I love being at RMHC-EIWI because it allows me to help out families with children traveling for medical care.”
