Shannon is from St. Joe, Iowa. Shannon holds a Bachelor’s degree from Central College, and Masters degree from the University of Iowa. Her prior experience includes Vice President with Prelude Behavioral Services and Community Program Manager for Iowa City’s Blue Zones Project.

Jennifer is originally from Ruthven, Iowa and holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa. She has more than 28 years of experience in non-profit fundraising and marketing strategies gained through her work with organizations throughout the region.

A Midwest native, Constance has spent the past decade in San Diego, CA working with children, youth, and families. She graduated from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL with degrees in Religion and Gender Studies.

Monika is originally from California and has lived in Iowa City with her family since 1998. She graduated from Mt. St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She has worked with children and families for most of her career in both nursing and elementary education.

Having lived in many places around the country, Kristin made Iowa home several years ago. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Redlands in California, and has worked with children and families for most of her life.

Ashley is originally from Moorland, Iowa and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa and a Certificate of Volunteer Management from Des Moines Area Community College. Ashley has held a variety of roles within non-profit organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Make-A-Wish Iowa, and The University of Iowa Dance Marathon.

Nikki is originally from Clinton, Iowa, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Iowa.

Lynn is originally from Iowa City, IA. She has over 14 years of experience as an office administrative assistant and a background in customer service.

Madison graduated from Purdue University in 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. In addition to her contributions as House Coordinator at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Eastern Iowa & Western Illinois, Madison has a career in Human Resources as a HR Business Partner.

Heather Younker grew up in small towns around Eastern Iowa but has called Iowa City home for the last 16 years. She has a B.A. in English Literature and a M.A. in Religious Education. She has been a small-business owner, a newspaper columnist, and worked with children and families in education throughout the corridor.
